In order to be added to the private Facebook group (separate from our public Entrusted Network page), you must have registered for the conference.
If you are invited to a watch party with friends, you are not required to have registered, but we do encourage you to do so. You are not eligible to win any of our fantastic NO WAY gifts if you are not registered. The $5 registration is just one small way we can recoup some costs that we can then reinvest into our 2021 in-person conference.
The short answer is YES.
Every ticket needs a unique name so that the person can receive up to date information on the live stream and have the ability to join the private Facebook group.
Because there is just one flat registration rate this year, there is no need to buy in bulk or purchase early for a better deal.

You do not have to have Facebook to register or view the conference live. We will send out a link via email that you will click to join us. All instructions will be sent out via email (as well as posted in the Facebook group).
If you are unable to join us live online from 9am-12pm on November 14th, the content will be made available in the private Facebook group for 1 month, starting November 15th.
We have already had a generous donor sponsor us for our NO WAY gifts for this event. Because we do still hope and plan to offer our in-person conference in April 2021, we are asking our sponsors to wait and please consider sponsoring that event instead. We will be able to offer more "perks" for sponsorship at that time and will be giving out even more NO WAY gifts when we meet in person.
If you represent an agency or organization and would like to buy a group of tickets for your staff and/or families (20+), we will give you a sponsorship upgrade at our next in-person conference.
We always appreciate contributions to the Entrusted Network and you are free to give towards the work we do at any time. You can find that link on our homepage.
We will be supporting watch parties and engaging in some fun giveaways during our live event on November 14th, but we understand that schedules change and things come up. The content we release at 9am on November 14th will be available for you to view for up to 1 month after the event within the private Facebook group that will be created for the conference.
The registration for this event will be non-refundable. We are doing our best to offer quality content at an amazingly low rate. If you are unable to attend live or view the content within the Facebook group after the event, please consider your $5 ticket a contribution to the Entrusted Network and the community we serve.
The Entrusted Conference is run by the Entrusted Network, which is a faith based organization. We use Christian principles in relation to foster care and adoption issues, but the conference is not limited to only people of the same faith. All are welcome.
Childcare will not be available at the Entrusted Conference. Due to the nature of topics discussed and to provide participants with the opportunity to relax, though we love kids (and we really love kids), this conference is a “kid free” event.
This is a “kid free” event. That means as much as we love kids (and we really love kids) we are trying to create an environment where parents and caregivers are able to relax, unwind and be refreshed. So please, no children of any age and no exceptions. Our participants thank you!! There will also be some sensitive topics discussed that might be too much for little ears and hearts to process.
Registration is for the entire conference, but please feel free to come to whichever portions you are able.
Yes! It is important that our registration numbers are as accurate as possible because of organizing the various spaces being used, ordering lunch on Saturday and making sure we have enough materials for all in attendance at any given time.
No we do not. We have tried hard to keep costs as low as possible for everyone and still offer a quality experience. If finances are a concern and a reason you would not attend the conference, please contact us.
If you are a church or group leader who would like to scholarship your group or offer them a discount to go with your group, please contact us for details on how to do that.
We will have snacks, water, and coffee available throughout the conference. We will offer a light breakfast on Saturday morning (fruit and pastries) and lunch will be provided on Saturday. All of this is included in your registration.
For you overachievers, you are welcome to attend! However, this conference is not a recruiting event. Rather, the Entrusted Conference is about supporting those who are already parenting non-biological kids and/or are involved in organizations that care for kids from hard places.
